What is a customized dietary plan?
I analyze how many calories you should be consuming based on your age, weight, height, and activity level and personal goals. From there, I tailor your food groups to meet your health and nutrition concerns. I do not hand you a diet to follow. I work with you to incorporate whole, healthy foods and supplementation (if applicable) into your lifestyle as painlessly as possible. Change is only effective when it is lasting this is why diets usually fail! By looking at who you are and what your needs and obstacles are, I can assist you in making the changes you need to live a healthier, more vibrant life.
What does a Diet Analysis tell me?
With information obtained from a detailed food log, I can determine what nutrients you may not be getting enough of and give you an idea of how adequately your current food patterns meet your needs and goals. With this information, we can work together to find solutions that are effective and realistic based on your lifestyle and schedule.

Whatever you want! We go to the grocery store you most frequent and hunt down foods that you can incorporate into your repertoire immediately based on your needs and lifestyle. Learn how to read a label, how to decipher which product is best for you, and how to be a defensive shopper. You will leave with tips and tricks for eating healthy on the go, preparing fast, healthy meals, and getting in and out of the grocery store with only the healthiest foods in your basket.
