Who is Vibrance?
Aimee Gallo is a personal trainer and Holistic Nutrition Coach certified through the American Council of Exercise and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She has had a passion for nutrition for over 10 years and has recognized the importance of exercise in maintaining health for nearly as long.
Aimee's interest in nutrition began at a very young age, and by age 15, she knew that nutrition and fitness was her passion and calling. Through her studies she came to understand that there was a definite link between what one puts in one's body and how that body responds, and felt an urgent calling to receive the kind of education that was necessary to help people in search of wellness discover this for themselves.

Aimee received her personal trainer education through the University of Alaska and became nationally recognized through the American Council of Exercise. Certified since 2001, she has developed a focus of working with those who are new to exercise or returning from a lengthy hiatus. She takes great pleasure in assisting people in finding joy through movement and functional strength.
Aimee went on to receive her degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA and her Holistic Health Counseling certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. Holisitc Health Counseling has added the powerful dynamic of understanding reasons behind food choices and has deepened her skills in supporting adherence and results for her clients. While at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she also received a certificate in Integrative Nutrition through Columbia University Teacher's College. Studying under such leaders as Andrew Weil, Walter Willett, Deepak Chopra, Geneen Roth and Barry Sears deepened her knowledge in dietary theories and treating the whole person. An appreciation of the importance of whole, unrefined foods and the necessity of incorporating these into the hectic American lifestyle is of utmost importance to her. Aimee created VIBRANCE Nutrition and Fitness in 2004 to bring health,
vitality, and happiness to those seeking seeking changes in their
current lifestyle. She utilizes her skills as a nutrition coach to work closely with her clients and find unique methods that work for the individual, no matter where they are at on their eating and exercise spectrum.

Stephanie Boyd
Stephanie is a recent graduate of the School of Healing Arts in San Diego and holds a certificate in Whole Foods Nutritional Counseling. She has been interested in nutrition and fitness for as long as she can remember. She grew up taking dance lessons and became a competitive dancer around the age of 11. Because of that upbringing she was very physically active and maintained a healthy diet to stay in shape. This type of lifestyle has been engrained in Stephanie and is ultimately what drew her to this career path. She has always been amazed by the mind-body connection and has learned to recognize when her body looks, feels and operates at its best by the foods she chooses to eat. She is very passionate about nutrition and fitness and strives to share that passion with other people and help them to make positive changes in their lives.
Stephanie’s training from the School of Healing Arts draws from a combination of Eastern philosophies such as Ayurveda, Macrobiotics, Raw Foods and Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as some modern Western theories. She believes that achieving a healthy lifestyle is more than just following a "diet." It involves an entire lifestyle change in many cases, and this includes physical activity and exercise as well as learning to enjoy healthy, whole foods. She is a mentor who inspires her clients to make the necessary lifestyle changes to achieve balance in all areas of their lives. She works closely with clients to help them to reach their personal goals and achieve a life of wellness.
